  • 4 - chicken breast cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can rotel-diced
  • 1/2 can whole milk
  • 1 bag doritoes nacho cheese chips
  • 4 slices cheese. your choice

How To Make mexican chicken

  • Step 1
    line casserole dish with nacho cheese doritoes
  • Step 2
    mix all of the cans of soup and rotel together
  • Step 3
    add cubed chicken to the soup mixture and pour over the chips
  • Step 4
    bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Put sliced cheese on top.Bake till melted
