2 lb3 chicken breast fillets
1 can(s)tomato sauce
1 cmedium picante sauce
1 can(s)pinto beans rinsed and drained
1 cminuet rice (don't add water)
1/2 csharp cheddar cheese
How to Make Mexican Chicken
- In a large skillet (I use a 9')with lid.
- Put all ingredients except the cheese in skillet and cover.
- Start cooking on med/high for 25 minuets.
- Reduce heat to med/low, add Minuet rice and cover for 5 minuets.
- Top with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
