mexican chicken
This started out as a ground beef recipe but we like it with chicken better.This will make the same amount of servings as a box of (Hamburger Helper).I hope you like it.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds 3 chicken breast fillets
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup medium picante sauce
- 1 can pinto beans rinsed and drained
- 1 cup minuet rice (don't add water)
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make mexican chicken

Step 1In a large skillet (I use a 9')with lid.

Step 2Put all ingredients except the cheese in skillet and cover.

Step 3Start cooking on med/high for 25 minuets. Stir occasionally.

Step 4Reduce heat to med/low, add Minuet rice and cover for 5 minuets.

Step 5Top with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
