Ingredients
- WINGS
- - olive oil
- 24 - chicken wings
- 2 - lemons juiced divided
- - salt
- 1 cup v8 fusion mango peach juice
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 - habanero pepper, fresh
- 1 tablespoon dried chopped red chilies
- 1/4 cup butter
- - oil for frying
- BLUE CHEESE DIP
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make mango peach hot wings with homemade blue cheese

Step 1Heat oven 250 degrees. Sprinkle chicken wings with salt and drizzle olive oil and juice of one lemon. Place on baking sheet and bake in oven for 30 minutes.

Step 2Mix the juice, white wine vinegar, honey, juice of the other lemon in a saucepan. Drop in the half of the habanero and stir in the dried chilies. Bring to a boil and cook until reduced and syrupy. Remove the habanero and Stir in the butter. remove from heat and keep warm.

Step 3Use a deep fryer or Dutch oven heat oil to 350 degrees. Remove the wings from oven and fry in batches until browned and crispy.

Step 4Toss wings in sauce and serve with blue cheese dip

Step 5To make the dip. Mix all dip ingredients together and serve with wings
