1Heat oven 250 degrees. Sprinkle chicken wings with salt and drizzle olive oil and juice of one lemon. Place on baking sheet and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
2Mix the juice, white wine vinegar, honey, juice of the other lemon in a saucepan. Drop in the half of the habanero and stir in the dried chilies. Bring to a boil and cook until reduced and syrupy. Remove the habanero and Stir in the butter. remove from heat and keep warm.
3Use a deep fryer or Dutch oven heat oil to 350 degrees. Remove the wings from oven and fry in batches until browned and crispy.
4Toss wings in sauce and serve with blue cheese dip
