Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 teaspoons tamari
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips
- 1/4 pound broccoli florets
- 2 medium carrots cut into 1 inch matchsticks
- 1 small white onion cut into 16 wedges
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 4 teaspoons sliced almonds
How To Make mandarin chicken stir-fry

Step 1In a small bowl whisk together orange juice concentrate, tamari, granulated garlic and cornstarch, set aside.

Step 2Heat oil in a large skilled over medium high heat.

Step 3Add chicken strips and stir fry for 3 minutes.

Step 4Add onion, broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts. Stir fry for 6 minutes.

Step 5Add sauce, cook 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 6Remove from heat-gently stir in mandarin segments.

Step 7Serve over hot rice or lo mein noodles, top with almond slices.
