Ingredients
- 8 - chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic minced (or garlic powder to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- dash - black pepper
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make low carb garlic parmesan chicken wings

Step 1Cut the chicken wings at the joints and discard the tip. Season the chicken with garlic powder, cumin, oregano and salt. Fry the wings in oil til crisp and done.

Step 2Note: if baking these wings, bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn at the 30 minute mark.

Step 3In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic powder, salt, onion powder and black pepper.

Step 4Pour butter mixture over the chicken pieces and mix in. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the chicken. Serve immediately.
