chicken wings
1 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
ground cumin
1/2 tsp
1 tsp


1/4 c
unsalted butter, melted
1 clove
garlic minced (or garlic powder to taste)
1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp
onion powder
black pepper
4 Tbsp
parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make Low Carb Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings


  • 1Cut the chicken wings at the joints and discard the tip. Season the chicken with garlic powder, cumin, oregano and salt. Fry the wings in oil til crisp and done.
  • 2Note: if baking these wings, bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn at the 30 minute mark.
  • 3In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic powder, salt, onion powder and black pepper.
  • 4Pour butter mixture over the chicken pieces and mix in. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the chicken. Serve immediately.
