Low Carb Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE
unsalted butter, melted
garlic minced (or garlic powder to taste)
parmesan cheese, grated
How to Make Low Carb Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
1Cut the chicken wings at the joints and discard the tip. Season the chicken with garlic powder, cumin, oregano and salt. Fry the wings in oil til crisp and done.
2Note: if baking these wings, bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn at the 30 minute mark.
3In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic powder, salt, onion powder and black pepper.
4Pour butter mixture over the chicken pieces and mix in. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the chicken. Serve immediately.
