Ingredients
- 1-2 - limes
- 1 1/4 pounds chicken breast tenders
- 5 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 cloves garlic,minced
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups orzo pasta, uncooked
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons country dijon mustard
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
How To Make lime chicken tenders and orzo salad

Step 1Preheat grill to 300° to 350° (medium) heat.

Step 2Grate zest from limes to equal 1 teaspoons Cut limes in half; squeeze juice from limes to equal 3 tablespoons.

Step 3Combine chicken, lime zest, lime juice, 1/4 cup olive oil, and next 3 ingredients. Let marinate for 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.

Step 4Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until done.

Step 5Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Step 6Combine vinegar, mustard, and remaining 1 tablespoons olive oil.

Step 7Toss orzo, bell pepper, cucumber, and dill with vinegar mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grilled chicken.
