lemony chicken spaghetti
We like this as a change to the classic spaghetti. You can substitute a can of asparagus for the peas. If using asparagus, chop it into small pieces. I like it with the asparagus but my kids prefer the peas.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 can peas, drained
How To Make lemony chicken spaghetti

Step 1Cook spaghetti as directed. Drain.

Step 2In a saucepan, melt the butter.

Step 3Add flour and stir to blend.

Step 4Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly.

Step 5Add lemon juice and stir to blend.

Step 6Add chicken and peas. Stir to mix. Heat through.

Step 7Pour chicken mixture over cooked spaghetti.
