1place sundried tomaoes in olive oil and set aside for 1/2 hour. Start salted water in large pot to boil for pasta
2chop onions and place in large frying pan with chicken and sundried tomatoes in EVO. Turn heat on medium under pan.
3place angel hair pasta in boiling water and cook until almost done.
4add pasta water to chicken mixture. Add zest from two lemons, crushed red pepper, juice of two lemons, baby spinach and half & half. Stir and keep on low heat. Drain pasta and add to the chicken mixture.
5top with grated parmesan and feta cheese crumbles.
