Ingredients
- 6 pd - roasting chicken
- 3 tbls - olive oil, extra virgin
- 3 tabls - lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp - dried thyme crushed
- 3/4 teas - garlic salt
- 1 pkg16oz - baby carrots
- 16 ozs - pearl onion
- 3 tbls - margarine melted
- teas - salt and pepper or more as desired
- 12 ozs - broccoli cooked
How To Make lemon and thyme roasted chicken with broccoli

Step 1Clean and rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towles. Place chicken, breast side up in a shallow roasting pan, ina a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, garlic salt and small amount pepper. Brush oil mixture over chicken

Step 2Arrange carrots and pearl onios around chicken in pan. Drizzle vegtables with melted margerine, season with salt and pepper as desired, roast uncovered for 1 hour, Add broccoli continue roasting 45 min or till chickens done
