Ingredients
- 12 - chicken wings separated at joints tips discarded
- - salt
- 1/4 cup sweet soy sauce
- 1/4 cup blue agave
- 1/4 cup shaohsing wine or sherry
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated and minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons annie chuns korean sweet and spicy sauce
- - oil for frying
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro minced
How To Make korean style sweet and hot chicken wings

Step 1Sprinkle the wings with salt and deep fry in oil at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes working in small batches. You could also bake them at 350 degree for 1 hour.

Step 2Mix all the remaining ingredients together in sauce pan and cook until warmed and thickened. Pour over cooked wings
