Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar (brown or white)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons worstershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • - ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chicken stock powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vegetable stock powder
  • pinch - fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup water

How To Make katsu sauce

  • Step 1
    Heat sugar, soy sauce & stocks for 1 minute in microwave. Add remaining ingredients & whisk to combine.
