    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    sugar (brown or white)
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    worstershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic
  • ·
    ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    chicken stock powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    vegetable stock powder
  • pinch
    fresh ginger
  • 1/4 c
    water

How to Make Katsu Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat sugar, soy sauce & stocks for 1 minute in microwave. Add remaining ingredients & whisk to combine.
