This is a really simple dish to make and so flavorful. Everytime I make them my son says "Why don't you make these more often Mom?"

Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds chicken pieces, skinned
- 1 bottle fat free italian dressing
- 2 cups italian style bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese topping
How To Make italian baked chicken

Step 1Marinate chicken pieces in Italian dressing for a minimum of 4 hours or over night.

Step 2Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan topping

Step 3Remove chicken from marinade, roll in breadcrumb mixture and place on a lightly greased broiler pan.

Step 4Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Plate chicken and let stand for five minutes before serving.
