Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can water chestnuts chopped
  • 1 box uncle ben's wild rice prepared

How To Make hot chicken salad

  • Step 1
    In large bowl add chicken, celery, onion and the prepared wild rice.
  • Step 2
    Add soups, cheese, water chestnuts and almonds.
  • Step 3
    Mix then spoon into a greased 9x13 in. baking dish
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle the top with pinko bread crumbs and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min.
