Ingredients

  • 250 grams chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
  • 50 grams bell pepper
  • 2 grams dried chili pepper flakes
  • 2 grams salt
  • 4 grams vinegar
  • 10 grams corn starch
  • 1 - egg
  • 100 grams sesame oil

How To Make hot and sour chicken

  • Step 1
    Separate the egg. Dice the chicken, and dredge it in the egg white and corn starch.
  • Step 2
    Gently sauté the chicken and bell pepper in 20 grams of the sesame oil, until its done (about 10 minutes.)
  • Step 3
    Stir the salt, chili flakes, vinegar, corn starch, and remaining sesame oil into the pan. Once the sauce has thickened, remove from the heat and serve.
