hot and sour chicken

Ingredients
- 250 grams chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- 50 grams bell pepper
- 2 grams dried chili pepper flakes
- 2 grams salt
- 4 grams vinegar
- 10 grams corn starch
- 1 - egg
- 100 grams sesame oil
How To Make hot and sour chicken

Step 1Separate the egg. Dice the chicken, and dredge it in the egg white and corn starch.

Step 2Gently sauté the chicken and bell pepper in 20 grams of the sesame oil, until its done (about 10 minutes.)

Step 3Stir the salt, chili flakes, vinegar, corn starch, and remaining sesame oil into the pan. Once the sauce has thickened, remove from the heat and serve.
