Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 8 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup reduced fat honey mustard dressing
- 1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 1 1/4 cups reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - sliced green onions
How To Make honey mustard chicken casserole

Step 1In a large bowl combine all ingredients and half of the mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 casserole dish. Cook uncovered at 400 for 35 minutes. Remove casserole and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Return to oven for another 10 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned and melted. Top with green onions if desired. Enjoy!
