My family loved this sweet and tangy chicken. It goes wonderful with a side like rice pilaf.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
How To Make honey-mustard chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 400F. Combine mustard and honey in a bowl. Add lemon extract and dill.

Step 2Line a backing sheet with foil. Place chicken, skin side down, on prepared pan. Brush sauce on top of chicken.

Step 3Turn chicken over. Gently pull back skin and brush meat with sauce. Gently pull skin back over sauce. Brush skin with remaining sauce.

Step 4Bake until juices run clear when thickest portion of meat is pierced, about 30 minutes.
