boneless, skinless chicken - sliced 1/2 - 1 in thick pieces
4 Tbsp
olive oil - divided
5 clove
garlic, minced
1/2 c
plus 1 tsp honey
3 oz
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
red pepper flakes ( optional )
small can(s)
water chestnuts, drained
1 can(s)
baby corn, drained
2 pkg
stir fry vegetables
2 Tbsp
corn starch
3 Tbsp

How to Make Honey - Garlic - Chicken Stir Fry


  • 1In a small bowl combine honey, soy sauce,garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • 2In a large skillet, stir fry chicken and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil. When chicken is halfway cooked; add the sauce. Continue cooking until the chicken is completely cooked. Add pepper flakes.

    Pour into dish and keep warm.
  • 3In the same skillet, stir fry the vegetables in remaining oil for 4 - 5 minutes until heated through.
  • 4Add the chicken and sauce, and mix well.
  • 5Combine corn starch and water until smooth; stir into chicken mixture. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 1 minute, or until thickened.
  • 6Serve over rice.
