Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken - sliced 1/2 - 1 in thick pieces
- 4 tablespoons olive oil - divided
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tsp honey
- 3 ounces soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes ( optional )
- small can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can baby corn, drained
- 2 packages stir fry vegetables
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 3 tablespoons water
How To Make honey - garlic - chicken stir fry

Step 1In a small bowl combine honey, soy sauce,garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Step 2In a large skillet, stir fry chicken and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil. When chicken is halfway cooked; add the sauce. Continue cooking until the chicken is completely cooked. Add pepper flakes. Pour into dish and keep warm.

Step 3In the same skillet, stir fry the vegetables in remaining oil for 4 - 5 minutes until heated through.

Step 4Add the chicken and sauce, and mix well.

Step 5Combine corn starch and water until smooth; stir into chicken mixture. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 1 minute, or until thickened.

Step 6Serve over rice.
