Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 - boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 can (16 ounce) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - grated parmesan cheese (optional)

How To Make herbed tomato chicken

  • Step 1
    Coat chicken with flour; shake excess.
  • Step 2
    In a skillet, cook chicken in hot oil over medium heat until brown.
  • Step 3
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until done.
  • Step 4
    Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve over noodles, rice or pasta.
