Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 4
    boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    white wine
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    basil
  • 2 tsp
    oregano
  • 1 can(s)
    (16 ounce) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    grated parmesan cheese (optional)

How to Make Herbed Tomato Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Coat chicken with flour; shake excess.
  2. In a skillet, cook chicken in hot oil over medium heat until brown.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until done.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
    Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Serve over noodles, rice or pasta.
