- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 - boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 can (16 ounce) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - grated parmesan cheese (optional)
How To Make herbed tomato chicken

Step 1Coat chicken with flour; shake excess.

Step 2In a skillet, cook chicken in hot oil over medium heat until brown.

Step 3Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until done.

Step 4Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve over noodles, rice or pasta.
