Herbed Tomato Chicken

4boneless chicken breasts
2 Tbspolive oil
1/2 cwhite wine
1 Tbspchopped garlic
1 can(s)(16 ounce) diced tomatoes
1 can(s)(4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
·salt and pepper to taste
·grated parmesan cheese (optional)
How to Make Herbed Tomato Chicken
- Coat chicken with flour; shake excess.
- In a skillet, cook chicken in hot oil over medium heat until brown.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until done.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve over noodles, rice or pasta.
