Ingredients
- 4 - boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon marjoram, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- - oil
How To Make herbed chicken

Step 1Beat eggs in a bowl. In a shallow dish, mix cornmeal, marjoram, paprika, rosemary and mustard well.

Step 2Dip each chicken breast in egg to coat. Then dip in cornmeal mixture to coat thoroughly.

Step 3Place chicken in a baking dish in a single layer. Brush the top of each breast lightly with oil.

Step 4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
