A cinch and a great one dish meal with leftover ham and chicken.

Ingredients

  • - 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • - 16 oz. tub sour cream
  • - 2 lb. package frozen hash browns, thawed
  • - 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
  • - 1 cup diced ham
  • - 1 onion, chopped
  • - 3/4 cup grated sharp cheese
  • - 1 cup crushed potato chips (for topping)
  • - 1/4 cup butter, melted (for topping)

How To Make ham and chicken casserole

  • Step 1
    Combine all except topping ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Top with crushed chips and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for another 15 minutes.
