Ingredients
- 2 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- MARINADE
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 cloves garlic (minced or pressed)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (use only real maple syrup)
- dash pepper
- PARTS OF THE SANDWICH
- 4 slices good artisain bread or buns
- - honey mustard (for spreading on)
- - miracle whip (for spreading)
- 2 slices good swiss/ colby cheese
- 2 stalks romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 slices cooked bacon
How To Make grilled maple chicken sandwich

Step 1Slice the chicken across to make 4. Mix marinade and sit in fridge for 2-4 hours.

Step 2Heat up grill. Cook chicken ( if unclear on time use a meat probe) and place cheese on top so it melts. Toast your bread or buns and on one side spread honey/mustard ( I like making my own with stone ground mustard) Spread Miracle Whip on the other side on the toast/bun put down your lettuce and bacon. Take chicken off the grill and put on toast/bun. enjoy with favorite salad and drink ( I think Gin and Gingerbeer would go good)
