Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c
ketchup - i used sriracha ketchup
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/8 c
    soy sauce
  • 1//2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp
    honey
  • salt
    & pepper

How to Make ~ Grilled Honey Garlic Chicken ~

Step-by-Step

  1. About an hour before grilling, in a small bowl, mix the ketchup, honey, garlic, sesame oil and soy sauce. Refrigerate for an hour, this gives the garlic time to flavor the sauce.
  2. Have your grill good and hot, I turn mine on medium.

Salt & pepper chicken. I then spray with olive oil cooking spray so doesn't stick to grids.

Grill chicken on one side for about 5 minutes, then begin basting as you turn - often, until chicken is completely cooked. Make sure you keep basting as you turn. Once done I give it one more coat.

    Plate and serve.
