  I used a gas grill on low to medium heat but I'm sure a charcoal grill is fine also

  you can purchase grill beer can holders at most stores, using scewers wrap bacon all around the chicken AFTER you season your chicken, place on top of the beer can holder, put reynolds wrap under the chicken because the bacon will drip grease
