Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 teaspoons chicken granulate
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons gound dried ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground dried onion
- 5 tablespoons tempura flour
- 3 teaspoons granulated garlic
How To Make garlic fried chicken wings

Step 1In a large bowl, rinse chicken wings and add all the spices in except for the tempura flour.

Step 2Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour

Step 3Set the marinated chicken out of the refrigerator for 10 minutes

Step 4Heat frying oil to 375 degrees

Step 5Spread the tempura flour evenly in the marinade and mix in well

Step 6Cook 6 chicken wings at a time in the fryer to prevent sticking.

Step 7Cook for 5 minutes then rotate the wings and cook for another 2-5 minutes or until golden
