chicken wings
2 tsp
4 tsp
chicken granulate
2 tsp
1 tsp
ground black pepper
2 tsp
gound dried ginger
2 tsp
ground dried onion
5 Tbsp
tempura flour
3 tsp
granulated garlic

How to Make Garlic Fried Chicken Wings


  • 1In a large bowl, rinse chicken wings and add all the spices in except for the tempura flour.
  • 2Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour
  • 3Set the marinated chicken out of the refrigerator for 10 minutes
  • 4Heat frying oil to 375 degrees
  • 5Spread the tempura flour evenly in the marinade and mix in well
  • 6Cook 6 chicken wings at a time in the fryer to prevent sticking.
  • 7Cook for 5 minutes then rotate the wings and cook for another 2-5 minutes or until golden
