- 2 1/2 -3 pounds of your favorite chicken parts
- 10-12 clove
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil for browning
How to Make Garlic Chicken
- 1Salt and pepper the chicken. Saute a couple of the cloves of garlic in the olive oil and brown the chicken.
- 2Press the remaining garlic cloves and spread over the chicken and under the skin of the chicken
- 3Place the chicken in a 9x13 baking pan and spoon a couple of teaspoon of the tomato paste over the chicken. Bake at 375 for an hour until juices run clear, Serve with a side of pasta, a salad, and garlic bread.
