Ingredients
- 8 - 10 - chicken thighs with skin & bone
- 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoons each,thyme, oregano, cajun seasoning, garlic salt, onion salt, pepper, paprika - or can use garlic & onion powders and add desired kosher salt
How To Make finger licken baked thighs

Step 1Mix seasonings in a small bowl - well. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Step 2After rinsing chicken, pat dry - making sure skin stays intact. Carefully lift skin and sprinkle a little seasoning on each thigh, bottom too. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle each thigh on top as well.

Step 3Place in oven and bake for 1 hour or until skin is nice and crisp and chicken is cooked through.
