Ingredients
- 6-8 - lasagna noodles
- 2-1/2 cup light alfredo sauce. i used ragu
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2-1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
How To Make easy creamy chicken roll-ups

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Boil lasagna noodles as directed, drain well. Rinse under cold water, drain.

Step 2Spread 2 tbsp alfredo sauce onto each noodles. Spread 2 tbsp chicken onto each noodle. Spread 2 tbsp cheese onto each noodle.

Step 3Roll up lasagna noodles, place seam side down in pan. Pour any remaining alfredo sauce over top of roll-ups. Top w/ remaining cheese. Bake 30 mins, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
