Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1
    rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 c
    bisquick
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 3 tsp
    chicken granules
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste (easy on salt)

How to Make Easy Chicken & Dumpling Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter in 9x13x2-inch baking dish. Place chicken on top of butter.
  2. Mix baking mix with milk and pour carefully over chicken.
  3. Combine soup, chicken broth and chicken granules; pour carefully over top of baking mix/milk layer. DO NOT STIR!
  4. Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour. The top should be golden brown. Enjoy!
