1/2 stick
butter
1
rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 c
bisquick
2 c
milk
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2 c
chicken broth
3 tsp
chicken granules
salt and pepper to taste (easy on salt)

How to Make Easy Chicken & Dumpling Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter in 9x13x2-inch baking dish. Place chicken on top of butter.
  • 2Mix baking mix with milk and pour carefully over chicken.
  • 3Combine soup, chicken broth and chicken granules; pour carefully over top of baking mix/milk layer. DO NOT STIR!
  • 4Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour. The top should be golden brown. Enjoy!
