Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 - rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 teaspoons chicken granules
  • - salt and pepper to taste (easy on salt)

How To Make easy chicken & dumpling casserole

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in 9x13x2-inch baking dish. Place chicken on top of butter.
  • Step 2
    Mix baking mix with milk and pour carefully over chicken.
  • Step 3
    Combine soup, chicken broth and chicken granules; pour carefully over top of baking mix/milk layer. DO NOT STIR!
  • Step 4
    Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour. The top should be golden brown. Enjoy!
