Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 - rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups bisquick
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 teaspoons chicken granules
- - salt and pepper to taste (easy on salt)
How To Make easy chicken & dumpling casserole

Step 1Melt butter in 9x13x2-inch baking dish. Place chicken on top of butter.

Step 2Mix baking mix with milk and pour carefully over chicken.

Step 3Combine soup, chicken broth and chicken granules; pour carefully over top of baking mix/milk layer. DO NOT STIR!

Step 4Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour. The top should be golden brown. Enjoy!
