Easy Apricot Chicken
I also make appetizers, using chicken wings. These wings are so good.
- 1 bottle
- (8 ounce) russian salad dressing
- 3/4 c
- apricot preserves
- chickens, cut up or 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 2/3 c
- (2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
How to Make Easy Apricot Chicken
- 1Place chicken parts in pan, skin side up.
- 2Mix all ingredients.
Pour over chicken.
- 3Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
Baste 3 or 4 times the last half hour.
