Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken breasts w/bone & skin
- 2 medium onions
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 medium limes
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 cans mild green chilies
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt or to taste
- 3 - chipotle peppers in adobo sauce-whole
- 6 ounces water
- 1 bag corn tortilla chips
How To Make delicious spicy chicken nachos

Step 1Rinse off chicken and place in crock pot.

Step 2Add one onion, finely chopped, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, juice of one lime, cumin, worcestershire sauce, chili powder, one can green chilies, water, & salt to taste.

Step 3Put crock on high. Cook for 2 hours. Remove from crock & dispose of bones and skin. Cut chicken breasts into small chunks & return to crock with spices to cook another 2 hours or until done.

Step 4When done, use liquid to make thickening (1 c liquid plus 1/2 cup flour), stir well and let simmer for 1/2 hour. Pour over corn tortilla chips.

Step 5Serve with your favorite toppings - shredded cheeses, sour cream, chopped onions, sliced avocados, fresh cilantro, green chilies. Enjoy!
