    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    corn flakes, lightly crushed

How to Make Crusty Honey-Nut Chicken


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornflakes and pecans. Add honey and mix well. Mixture should be sticky but crumbly.
  3. Pound chicken with mallet until it is 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Place in a baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Brush each breast lightly with mayonnaise. Crumble the pecan mixture over the mayonnaise.
  6. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until chicken is done and crust is golden brown,
