crusty honey-nut chicken
This is one of my kids' favorite dishes. You can use a different nut if you like.

Ingredients
- 5 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup corn flakes, lightly crushed
- - mayonnaise
How To Make crusty honey-nut chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a bowl, mix cornflakes and pecans. Add honey and mix well. Mixture should be sticky but crumbly.

Step 3Pound chicken with mallet until it is 1/4 inch thick.

Step 4Place in a baking dish in a single layer.

Step 5Brush each breast lightly with mayonnaise. Crumble the pecan mixture over the mayonnaise.

Step 6Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until chicken is done and crust is golden brown,
