Ingredients
- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups corn flake crumbs
How To Make crunchy baked chicken tenders

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Cut chicken into strips. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3Dip each strip into flour then into melted butter. Dip into corn flake crumbs. Place on prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes, until chicken is crispy on the outside and cooked through.
