Oh my GOSH...this stuff is GOOD! I modified Loretta Hall's recipe for Baked Chicken and Gravy for use in my crockpot. Ingredients

  • 6 - chicken breasts
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 large can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (reg.size)
  • 16 ounces sour cream

How To Make crockpot chicken and gravy

  • Step 1
    Place frozen chicken in crock pot and season how you like it. Cook on High setting 2 hours (ish) ..till chicken is cooked through but not falling apart.
  • Step 2
    Remove chicken. Add cream of chicken soup with the sour cream to broth in crock pot.
  • Step 3
    Return chicken to crockpot and bury in the gravy.
  • Step 4
    Finish cooking...at least another hour. Gravy should be hot and chicken cooked through.
  • Step 5
    Serve with Tracy's Parslied Rice
