Oh my GOSH...this stuff is GOOD!

I modified Loretta Hall's recipe for Baked Chicken and Gravy for use in my crockpot. This is her original recipe.
Baked Chicken and Gravy

Big Hit with the Family..served with my recipe for Parslied Rice really does it up nice..I think it really adds something to it.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 6
    chicken breasts
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1 large
    can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup (reg.size)
  • 16 oz
    sour cream

How to Make Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

Step-by-Step

  1. Place frozen chicken in crock pot and season how you like it.

    Cook on High setting 2 hours (ish) ..till chicken is cooked through but not falling apart.
  2. Remove chicken.
    Add cream of chicken soup with the sour cream to broth in crock pot.
  3. Return chicken to crockpot and bury in the gravy.
  4. Finish cooking...at least another hour.
    Gravy should be hot and chicken cooked through.
  5. Serve with Tracy's Parslied Rice
