    boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 c
    low sodium, fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 pkg
    ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • TOPPINGS

  • ·
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • ·
    chopped tomatoes or salsa
  • ·
    shredded lettuce
  • ·
    sliced black olives
  • ·
    ranch dressing or sour cream
  • TORTILLAS

  • ·
    flour or corn tortillas

How to Make Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Tacos

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the chicken into the slow cooker. In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, ranch seasoning mix, and taco seasoning. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cook the chicken on low for about 3 1/2 hours or 1 1/2 hours on high.
  2. Remove the chicken and shred with a fork. Place the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker and cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. Use a slotted spoon and spoon the chicken onto a tortilla and top with desired toppings.
