Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 1 medium whole chicken (4 pounds or more)
- 1 teaspoon mrs. dash herb seasoning blend (or your favorite mrs. dash seasoning)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 small lemon
How To Make crock pot chicken

Step 1Wash chicken and remove the inside giblets if included.

Step 2Cut lemon and onion in half and place inside the chicken.

Step 3Combine mrs. dash, pepper, and garlic powder and rub on the outside of chicken.

Step 4Place chicken breast side up in an oval crock pot or neck up in round crock pot.

Step 5Add a quarter cup of water or low sodium chicken broth, just to cover the bottom of crock pot.

Step 6Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Step 7Remove chicken from bones and discard skin.
