whole chicken wings, (about 2 1/2 lbs)
crushed potato chips
2.8 oz. french-fried onions, crushed
How to Make Crispy Onion Wings
1Line a 15" baking pan with foil and grease the foil; set aside.
2Cut chicken wings into 3 sections; discard the wing tip sections.
3In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the potato chips, onions, cornmeal and seasonings; mix well.
4Dip chicken wings in eggs, place in bag, a few at a time; shake to coat and press crumb mixture onto chicken
5Place wings in prepared pan; drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered at 375* for 30-35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear and coating is crisp. Yield 2 dozen.. Enjoy!
