How to Make Crisp coated baked chicken
- 1Wash chicken and pat dry.
- 2Beat egg and milk in a bowl.
- 3Mix flakes and garlic powder in another bowl.
- 4Melt butter in shallow baking pan (I use 9 x 13).
- 5Roll chicken in egg mixture, then potato mixture.
- 6Roll coated chicken in butter. Place skin side up in pan, bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
