Creamy Tarragon Chicken
4small -medium, boneless skinless chicken breast
12 ozcreme fraiche
1 1/2- 2 Tbspdijon mustard
3sprigs tarragon, chopped
salt& pepper to taste
How to Make Creamy Tarragon Chicken
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat up oil. Salt & pepper chicken breasts.
To the heated oil add the chicken and brown well on both sides. Last few minutes of browning add the garlic and toss to soften, but don't burn.
Once browned, remove chicken & garlic - rinse pan and turn heat to low and add the creme fraiche, tarragon, mustard and splash of water,stirring to combine. Add the chicken back to the pan.
Cover & simmer for about 20 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Plate chicken and spoon over with sauce. Salt & pepper to taste.
