We were low on groceries and I had the ingredients in the pantry. I made this for dinner and discovered that it was delicious. I will definitely be making this again!

Ingredients

1/2 to 1 pounds chicken breast, cut into strips
1/4 cup water
1 package italian dressing mix, dry
1-2 cup water
1/4 cup sour cream
1 package fovourite pasta

How To Make creamy italian skillet

Step 1

partially saute' chicken with abt 1/2 of the dry Italian seasoning & abt 1/4c of water.

Step 2

add pasta and 1c-2c of water (depends on amt of pasta. you want enough water to cover the pasta)
Step 3

stir in the rest of the italian mix.
Step 4

Let cook covered until pasta is done.
Step 5

Add sour cream to the pasta & chicken. Cook uncovered until it thickens.
Step 6

Serve hot with favourite bread.
