Creamy Chicken Rice and Mushrooms
2-3 largechicken, boneless and skinless breast
1 can(s)26 oz. family size can cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)26 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
2 box32 oz. boxes chicken broth
3 cinstant rice
2 can(s)6.5 oz cans of mushrooms (drained)
1 Tbspdried celery flakes ( more or less )
1 1/2 tspcourse ground black pepper ( or to your taste)
How to Make Creamy Chicken Rice and Mushrooms
- In slow cooker add chicken, soup,chicken broth, mushrooms,celery flakes and pepper. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and can be easily shredded with a fork.
- Remove chicken and shred. Place chicken back in crock pot.
- Turn off crock pot and add rice. Allow to sit for 1/2 an hour or until rice is cooked. Serve and enjoy.
