creamy chicken rice and mushrooms
I cook this in a large 7 qt crock pot. If you are using a smaller one just cut the recipe down a bit.

Ingredients
- 2-3 large chicken, boneless and skinless breast
- 1 can 26 oz. family size can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can 26 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 boxes 32 oz. boxes chicken broth
- 3 cups instant rice
- 2 cans 6.5 oz cans of mushrooms (drained)
- 1 tablespoon dried celery flakes ( more or less )
- 1 1/2 teaspoons course ground black pepper ( or to your taste)
How To Make creamy chicken rice and mushrooms

Step 1In slow cooker add chicken, soup,chicken broth, mushrooms,celery flakes and pepper. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and can be easily shredded with a fork.

Step 2Remove chicken and shred. Place chicken back in crock pot.

Step 3Turn off crock pot and add rice. Allow to sit for 1/2 an hour or until rice is cooked. Serve and enjoy.
