Ingredients

  • 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli florettes
  • 1 pound linguinie
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make creamy chicken and broccoli "alfredo "

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to pkg. directions.
  • Step 2
    In large saucepan, heat oil and garlic over med heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper. Saute until chicken is cooked through. Add frozen broccoli. Stir cooking until heated through.
  • Step 3
    Remove chicken mixture and all juices from heat. Set aside, keep warm.
  • Step 4
    In another large pot, on med low heat, combine cream cheese and butter until soft.
  • Step 5
    Whisk in milk and Basil until creamy and smooth. Add in chicken mixture, stir well to coat serve over noodles
