Ingredients

2
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 oz
linguine cooked al dente
2 tsp
cajun seasoning mix, your own or store bought, be sure it is not high in sodium
2 Tbsp
butter
1
thinly sliced green onion
1-2 c
heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp
chopped sun dried tomatos
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
dried basil
1/8 tsp
black pepper
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl and toss to coat
2In a large skillet, over medium heat sauté the chicken in butter until tender, 5-7 minutes
3Reduce heat, add green onions, heavy cream,basil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and heat through.
4Pour over hot linguine and toss with parmesan cheese
