This is easy and kids like it as well as adults. Time savers are always a part of my recipes. What vegetables you wish to use is up to you. That is one way you can make this your own. A great way to use left overs as well.

    condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 can(s)
    condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 4 c
    cooked cut-up vegetables
  • 2 c
    cubed cooked chicken or turkey
  • 4 c
    herb seasoned stuffing

How to Make Country Chicken Casserole


  1. In medium large bowl, mix the soups, milk, thyme, black pepper, vegetables (we use green beans and carrots) and chicken. Pour mixed ingredients into 3 quart shallow baking dish. Top with the stuffing.
  2. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until stuffing is golden brown.
