Ingredients

  • 1 bag(s)
    frozen chicken breast tenderloins
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    corn (regular sized can)
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel
  • 1 can(s)
    pinto beans (regular sized can) or black beans
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin

How to Make Cinco de Mayo Crockpot Chicken - Steph

Step-by-Step

  1. Place frozen chicken breast tenderloins in the bottom of a crockpot. Add Rotel; drain and add corn. Add whole can of beans. Then place block of cream cheese on top of it all.
  2. Cook on high for five hours or low for approximately 8 hours.
  3. You can either shred the chicken or eat it whole. Serve over rice. You can add a sprinkle of cumin, dollop of sour cream, cilantro or diced tomatoes over all for some extra flavor. ENJOY!
