- 1 bag frozen chicken breast tenderloins
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can corn (regular sized can)
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can pinto beans (regular sized can) or black beans
- - salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon cumin

Step 1Place frozen chicken breast tenderloins in the bottom of a crockpot. Add Rotel; drain and add corn. Add whole can of beans. Then place block of cream cheese on top of it all.

Step 2Cook on high for five hours or low for approximately 8 hours.

Step 3You can either shred the chicken or eat it whole. Serve over rice. You can add a sprinkle of cumin, dollop of sour cream, cilantro or diced tomatoes over all for some extra flavor. ENJOY!
