frozen chicken breast tenderloins
8 oz
cream cheese
1 can(s)
corn (regular sized can)
1 can(s)
rotel
1 can(s)
pinto beans (regular sized can) or black beans
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp
cumin

How to Make Cinco de Mayo Crockpot Chicken - Steph

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place frozen chicken breast tenderloins in the bottom of a crockpot. Add Rotel; drain and add corn. Add whole can of beans. Then place block of cream cheese on top of it all.
  • 2Cook on high for five hours or low for approximately 8 hours.
  • 3You can either shred the chicken or eat it whole. Serve over rice. You can add a sprinkle of cumin, dollop of sour cream, cilantro or diced tomatoes over all for some extra flavor. ENJOY!
