Ingredients
- 1/2 pound chicken breast
- 1 small chicken bouillon cube
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 pound mushrooms sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1/5oz. can water chestnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons msg
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
How To Make chinese chicken and vegetables

Step 1Slice Chicken into strips. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Heat oil in skillet or wok. Over medium heat Add chicken,cooking and stirring constantly until chicken is done and slightly browned. remove chicken to side.

Step 2Add mushrooms, onion, celery, water chestnuts, salt, ginger, mgs, and mixed vegetables. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 minutes

Step 3Mix cornstarch with soy sauce and sir into pan with chicken and vegetables. Cook for 5 more minutes.
