Ingredients
- CHICKEN
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- - salt and pepper to taste
- SALSA
- 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into small chunks (can also use crushed pineapple, drained)
- 1 - jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
How To Make chicken with zesty pineapple salsa

Step 1Make slits in the chicken breasts with the tip of a sharp knife to allow the marinade to soak into the breasts. Place breasts in a plastic container.

Step 2Mix juices, garlic salt and pepper. Pour over breasts and refrigerate. Turn often at the start to allow as much marinade as possible to soak in. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 3Combine salsa ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside while cooking the chicken.

Step 4Grill or bake chicken until juices run clear. Top with the salsa before serving.
