Ingredients
- 4 - chicken thighs
- 1 - lemon zested
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons flour more or less to make a thick roux
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken with parmesan cheese sauce

Step 1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Step 2Mix lemon zest and butter together and place in bottom of baking pan. Add chicken and bake 35 to 45 minutes until chicken is done. Remove chicken and keep warm.

Step 3Pour chicken drippings into sauce pan. Add wine and let most evaporate. Add flour enough to make a thick roux. slowly add in chicken stock and heavy cream. Let cook until thickened. Add parmesan cheese and season to taste. Serve over chicken
