chicken with mushroom gravy
I use a Riesling for this dish although any white wine will work. If you object to using wine, you can substitute white grape juice for the wine. It will be a little sweeter with the grape juice.

Ingredients
- 6 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- - paprika
How To Make chicken with mushroom gravy

Step 1In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, mushrooms and wine.

Step 2Place chicken in a baking dish in a single layer.

Step 3Pour the soup mixture over the chicken evenly.

Step 4Sprinkle generously with paprika.

Step 5Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done.

Step 6Very good served over rice.
