This is a good chicken dish and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 bag mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dill, dried
  • - salt & pepper, as needed
  • 4 - biscuits, your favorite

How To Make chicken & vegetables over biscuits

  • Step 1
    In a large saucepan, boil your chicken breasts in bouillon until cooked through about 30 minutes. Remove chicken let it cool a bit. Then tear it into chunks.
  • Step 2
    Keep about 2-3 cups of your chicken stock in the pan and add your chicken, soup, vegetables, parsley, dill, and Salt & pepper.
  • Step 3
    Let this cook on medium heat for 30 minutes or until creamy and bubbly. Split you biscuits open and serve mixture over the top. This serves 2 nicely.
