Chicken & Vegetables Over Biscuits
2-3boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbspchicken bouillon granules
1 can(s)cream of potato soup
1 bag(s)mixed vegetables, frozen
1 Tbspparsley flakes
1 tspdill, dried
·salt & pepper, as needed
4biscuits, your favorite
How to Make Chicken & Vegetables Over Biscuits
- In a large saucepan, boil your chicken breasts in bouillon until cooked through about 30 minutes. Remove chicken let it cool a bit. Then tear it into chunks.
- Keep about 2-3 cups of your chicken stock in the pan and add your chicken, soup, vegetables, parsley, dill, and Salt & pepper.
- Let this cook on medium heat for 30 minutes or until creamy and bubbly. Split you biscuits open and serve mixture over the top. This serves 2 nicely.
