boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 c
water
1 Tbsp
chicken bouillon granules
1 can(s)
cream of potato soup
1 bag(s)
mixed vegetables, frozen
1 Tbsp
parsley flakes
1 tsp
dill, dried
salt & pepper, as needed

biscuits, your favorite

How to Make Chicken & Vegetables Over Biscuits

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large saucepan, boil your chicken breasts in bouillon until cooked through about 30 minutes. Remove chicken let it cool a bit. Then tear it into chunks.
  • 2Keep about 2-3 cups of your chicken stock in the pan and add your chicken, soup, vegetables, parsley, dill, and Salt & pepper.
  • 3Let this cook on medium heat for 30 minutes or until creamy and bubbly. Split you biscuits open and serve mixture over the top. This serves 2 nicely.
