How to Make Chicken Surprise
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet (or 2-9 x 13 pans) with cooking spray.
- After rinsing chicken, dry them off with paper towels. Cut chicken breasts in half, lengthwise, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Brush or spoon the spinach dip liberally over the top of each chicken strip. Carefully press the entire spinach-covered surface of the chicken into the bread crumbs. Arrange the chicken pieces crumb-side up in the pan, leaving a bit of room between them.
- Bake chicken for 30-45 minutes, depending upon the size of your chicken, until thermometer reads 170 degrees.
